No. We’ll contact you to confirm availability, pricing, and pickup details before dispatch.

Do I have to share my GPS location?

No. You can type an address, intersection, or nearby landmark. If you share a location, we receive a single ping with the device’s estimated accuracy. GPS is an estimate and may not be exact.

What if I don’t know my drivetrain?

Select “Not sure” and we’ll confirm the details with you. Your drivetrain helps us determine the appropriate towing setup.
